The sparkling wine is golden yellow in colour. The many tiny bubbles are long lasting. The aroma has ripe notes of bread crust and toast, which continue into notes of brioche and are complemented by notes of honey. On the palate, there is a pleasant release of bubbles with a long aftertaste and a rich, complex aroma.
The sparkling wine was left on the lees for 96 months. It was disgorged in January 2024.
