The sparkling wine was left on the lees for 48 months. After 48 months, the yeast was removed and very little expedition liqueur was added.The sparkling wine is a characteristic rose salmon colour with a slight copper note. The many tiny bubbles are long-lasting and give a fresh and silky mouthfeel. A rich palette of berry fruit aromas is complemented by notes of ripe sparkling wine. There is a fullness and a long aftertaste.
