High, sunny yellow colour. Persistent sparkle forms a permanently sealed wreath. First impression: distinctly mineral (iodine, ether, carbide) and spicy (coriander). The bouquet is distinctly vinous, ripe, schooled and yeasty. The aroma brings citrus. The palate reveals a malleable structure, a pleasant acidity and a creamy balance between sugar and acidity. The appearance, the smell and the taste make up one of the most unique and interesting sparkling wines of the Radgona Hills.
