The beautiful, bright, inviting colour of salmon flesh. Persistent wreath, intense sparkle of medium-fine bubbles.
The bouquet is distinct, with fern, grapefruit and almond, with a slightly crusty note. The aroma is spicy, a little peppery and citrusy.
The taste is unmistakably dry - "bone dry" the English would say. The positive acidity makes the sparkling wine very aperitif-like.
