The jar is filled with a brilliant, bright yellow colour and a strong, steady sparkle.
The flower and the aroma are similar and bring the same attributes of extraordinary fruitiness: green apple, pear, pineapple, citrus.
Very dry, but not at all astringent, with a hint of cocoa that tells us we are looking at a fine sparkling wine.
