After bottling and secondary fermentation, the sparkling wine is aged on the lees for 36 months. The glass is filled with a brilliant, light yellow color and a strong, stable sparkle. We detect floral and linden blossom notes, which continue into notes of bread crust and yeast.

Recommended as:

  • an aperitif or
  • to dried meats
  • to homemade salami
  • with cheese salads with meat
