Zlata radgonska penina Ciconia sans dosage

The sparkling wine has a characteristic golden-yellow colour. The many tiny bubbles are long-lasting and give a fresh and silky mouthfeel. The rich palette of aromas is reflected in the smell and taste of bread crust, brioche, underpinned by yeasty notes. In the aftertaste, there are notes of roasted hazelnuts. The fullness of the sparkling wine is reflected in the long aftertaste.

Special bottles were used to fill the tirage. The sparkling wine was left to ferment for 60 months.
